The whole business in view

Six responsibilities.
One operating plan.

Growth takes a great offer, happy customers, effective marketing, capable people, consistent systems, and money to move forward. RemoGM is built around all six.

01

Your offering

Bring customer feedback together and identify what to improve in your products and services.

02

Your customers

Keep questions, follow-up, and service requests moving toward a clear resolution.

03

Your marketing

Turn your growth plan into campaigns, content, and consistent follow-through.

04

Your team

Coordinate assignments, onboarding, and the work that needs a person’s expertise.

05

Your operations

Keep recurring work, deadlines, and handoffs organized so fewer things fall through.

06

Your money

Bring connected financial information into view and prepare better budget decisions.

These six responsibilities define the RemoGM approach. Your setup specifies the work Remo can perform, the work it prepares for approval, and the work your team owns.

A few useful answers

Understand the
relationship.

What is RemoGM?

RemoGM is your AI general manager. It brings business information, customer follow-up, daily work, and growth priorities into an operating plan shaped around your industry and company.

What can I hand over today?

RemoGM is being introduced through configured pilots. We’ll demonstrate the supported work for your setup and specify what Remo can execute, what needs approval, and what remains with your team. Availability depends on the selected industry package and connected services.

What does “train your humanoid” mean?

Start by teaching Remo your company’s information, procedures, standards, and priorities. Today, that shapes the digital responsibilities supported by your setup. Our vision is to bring this business knowledge to compatible humanoids as hardware integrations are developed and validated. This is business onboarding, not training a robot’s physical skills or purchasing a humanoid.

Will I have to build the systems myself?

We help configure the business profile, industry workflows, and required connections. You provide the business information and authorize the accounts. We test the agreed work with you before activation.

Does Remo act without asking me every time?

You can give standing permission for supported routines within your rules. Actions outside those permissions come to you for a decision. Spending limits and important approvals are part of the setup.

Can I keep the tools I already use?

We review your existing systems and connect the supported ones needed for your setup. We’ll explain any connection requirements or limitations before you commit. Optional services and hardware are scoped individually.

How do professional decisions work?

Your team retains the professional judgments, licensed work, and sign-offs required in your industry. Remo helps coordinate the surrounding information and work within the agreed scope.

Can an agency offer RemoGM to its clients?

Yes, we’re developing the agency offering alongside direct business setups. Contact us about your client industries and the services you want to manage. We’ll discuss current partner availability and the responsibilities for each client.
